The thermoforming modified atmosphere packaging machine is the equipment for automatic and high-speed MAP modified atmosphere packaging in rigid film. After rigid film is formed into a particular shape, the machine starts to do vacuum and then flush gas to finish MAP (modified atmosphere packing). In this way, we can reach the lowest level of residual oxygen in the package.The machine is fully customizable. We design the mold according to product size and shape. The machine size is determined by mold design and customer’s request, including optional inkject printer, smaller or enlarged product loading area, etc.

1. The robust thermoforming modified atmosphere packaging machine is made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, for the longest service life, and 100% in line with food hygiene regulations. Aluminum magnesium alloy （6061/T）frame inside the machine, ensures better strength, more stable construction, and higher precision.
2. Fast speed: The machine is designed to reach the fastest vacuum packaging speed with a maximum of 5-7 cycles/minute. The speed is affected by many factors, including product loading speed, printing speed, etc.

Every important machine part and process is shown in detail on the touch screen. Machine breakdown analysis and reset function available, efficiently reduce the costs of inspecting, repairing, labor, and packaging film waste.
8. Top brand vacuum pump guarantees modified atmosphere packaging quality: BUSCH vacuum pump originally manufactured in Europe, quality assured. Use vacuum pump with higher capacity (200, 240, 300m3/h) for bigger machines. China brand vacuum pumps options available at customer’s request.
9. Total safety facilities: Emergency stop button at touch panel and forming film infeed area, guarantees the shortest reacting time in case of accidents. Stainless steel covers over the cutting system and forming/sealing chambers for best protection; Emergency stop will be triggered if these facilities are removed or disabled.

Necessary devices for the machine to work properly

To work properly, the machine needs：

1. Compressed air：The machine needs compressed air with pressure >0.6 MPa, 1 m³/hour. If you already have compressed air in the workshop, simply connect it to the portal of the machine. If not, you’ll need to buy air compressor set, including screw-type air compressor (maximum 11 KW), air storage tank (1 m³), air dryer, and air filter.
2. Cooling water: Clean cooling water, pressure >0.15 MPa. You can use ordinary running water with filter, or purified water with a chiller of 2.9KW and above.
3. Gas mixer: If mixed air is needed to fill in the packages, you must need gas mixer, to mix 2 or 3 types of gases at certain ratio. There are gas mixers for 2 gases or 3 gases mixing.
4. Industrial grade power supply: The machine electricity can be customized to fit voltage 380V, 415V, 460V, etc. Must be 3 phase.
