KBT1200 series MAP modified atmosphere packaging machine is a rotary type MAP packaging equipment, which is designed to keep food products fresh at medium to large capacity. The products are packaged in pre-made plastic containers of various sizes and shapes (rectangular, square, round, triangle, etc. Plastic trays, bowls, cups).

The rotary mold system enables automatic tray loading and unloading from the molds by conveying belts. Automatic tray loading is an option with extra cost. Automatic tray unloading to the conveying belt is stanard.

    7. Temperature control system: MITSUBISHI 4 channel temperature control module, higher precision than temperature control button system; Overheating alarm; Split type heating plate with grids, guarantees better sealing quality.
