KBT550 modified atmosphere packaging machine features
- The machine is easy to integrate in a packaging line, connect with tray automatic loader, product automatic dispenser, inkjet printer, metal detector, labelling machine, etc.
- KBT550 modified atmosphere packaging is made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, inline with food hygienic regulations, guarantees the longest service life, and best MAP packaging quality.
- Applies “Vacuum – Gas Filling” technology. Vacuum the chamber first, then fill in gas, much better than the old-fashion gas flushing method, which guarantees gas purity, and saves gas sources.
- Reliable registration mark sensor: Ensures 100% accuracy in printed film sealing.
- Safety: Equipped with emergency stop; Alarm; Open-phase protector; anti-phase protector.
- Control system: Use MITSUBISHI 3GA20MT memorable PLC, together with MITSUBISHI touch screen, easy to set up and modify motions and parameters. Motions are driven by MITSUBISHI high precision positioning servo motor, ensures 100% accuracy and stability.
- Temperature control system: MITSUBISHI 4 channel temperature control module, higher precision than temperature control button system; Overheating alarm; Split type heating plate with grids, guarantees better sealing quality.
- Customize power supply according to customer’s request
- Molds: Aluminum magnesium alloy molds, high strength, durable, corrosion-proof.

- Air compressor set, including air compressor (7.5 KW), air storage tank (1 m³), air dryer, air filter
- Gas source equipment: Gas cylinder with high purity air: O2, N2, CO2, purity above 99.99%, gas pressure reducer should be equipped.
- Cooling water, pressure >0.15 MPa. Ordinary clean running water would work, but if use cycling purified water, chiller will be needed.
